Moffat’s Hills took me eight days. I climbed two Corbetts early in the project, White Coomb from Grey Mare’s Tail in the summer, and Hart Fell in the snow. The Blackhope Round took in Saddle Yoke, Hartfell Rig, Hart Fell again, Falcon Craig, Swatte Fell and Nether Coomb Craig, and the wind whipped away my map. Whitehope Heights included a close encounter with lightning.
